outdated room check-in process
The staff was very friendly and helpful . (This was a definite plus!)
The room felt a bit outdated. Some areas needed repainting to match the photos online. I could also hear noise from other rooms and the elevator, disruptive at times. The check-in process also took longer than expected.

really good experience!

great location helpful team early check-in
i was accommodated early and given a room that was ready. the reception team is very helpful and professional. i was able to borrow an iron for my room. the location is great with jardin luxembourg just a stone's throw away.
most staff didn't seem that interested or cute. check-in took quite a while. they tried to charge me extra when checking out. there seemed to be some confusion about city tax.

a heaven of kindness

helpful staff metro location vibrant area
The front desk staff were so helpful from when i checked in through to arranging transport to the airport when i left. i found the location near the metro perfect. The area around the hotel was full of markets and dining, made exploring so EASY. i would stay again when in town.
The pillows are very old and you can hear everything that is going on in the hotel. that makes the hotel not so comfortable at ALL.

The twin room had two separate beds with soft linens. A small desk sat beneath a window, a nice spot for writing. bedside lamps gave a warm glow at night, very beautiful.

i noticed the hotel offers free wifi, it allows guests to stay connected. There's a small elevator for accessing upper floors, so very convenient for everyone. i saw luggage storage too, for smooth check-in and check-out.

Many restaurants and cafes are within a brief walking distance. The metro station is also very close, so getting around is pretty simple. The eiffel tower is not so far, perfect!

staff members were very kind and always available. They gave good directions and helped with reservations with pleasure. check-in was also quick and efficient, so awesome.

The breakfast had fresh bread, pastries, and coffee, lovely. some fruit and yogurt were also available, tasty too. The breakfast area got very busy, so i suggest to get there early.
